GOOD MORNING!!!!! :D I’m so glad that I went to bed when I did last night. I slept great! I didn’t wake up once during the night, and slept right through until 6:01 AM when my alarm went off. I had zero trouble getting out of bed, which was a great feeling. I love waking up well-rested!

This morning’s breakfast was a thick piece of French Toast Souffle from our potluck brunch on Sunday. I warmed it in the microwave and topped with diced strawberries and maple syrup.

Right now, my stomach is full and my mind is satisfied, but we’ll see how this breakfast holds up. I swear, oatmeal with 2 scoops of peanut butter/Barney Butter is the only meal that is able to successfully ward-off my hunger for 4-5 hours.

Ok, souffle, let’s see what you can do!
