Brrr! I woke up partially frozen this morning. I basically slept in the middle of Commercial Blvd. last night, thank you insomniacs. I gave the AC a rest and opted for some fresh air leaving my windows open- and honestly, what are you people doing at 3am?!! It was so exciting, the first night I've got to sleep with my windows open- It's about time!!! Although, I may need to hire somebody to shut them and stick fuzzy socks on my feet before I wake up... Hmm... Driving to PT my thermostat said 56! Please, all you snow-bunnies out there, just let me have my moment.
Anyways, I did about an hour strengthening and then about 20 minutes massage/ice
