- Boil the milk with the sliced vanilla bean and its seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar, until it gets creamy and white. Add the corn starch and mix well.
- Once the milk has boiled, gradually add it to the previous mix, and put it back on the heat. Thicken this on medium heat, stirring constantly.
- When the cream gets thick enough (it will get thicker when cooling down), pour it in the serving ramekins. Put in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- There you are, your vanilla custard is ready!
