So tired. Must post quickly.
GOTR was great today. We took them “out on a run” in the neighborhood instead of just running in the field. Some complained and dragged, but I’d say a third of them liked it and did really well. The change of scenery was certainly good. I ran about a mile before practice to track a route, then another 2.5-3 with the girls, then another 2.5-3 with my coach. Score on the activity today!
I went to the YMCA to shower afterwards and was a bit rushed to get to dinner, so I ate my apple in the car. Here’s me at a stoplight -
I also packed a ham + hummus + romaine sandwich on High 5 bread -
But the spotlight was on the Chobani (literally!) with Quaker Squares
Dark, dark student lounge! It was a very filling combo of foods despite the small appearance.
And despite all my jibber jabber about the Thanksgiving Challenge this morning, I stopped into Trader Joe’s to get oranges for Girls on the Run and saw that bananas were $.19 each. So I splurged $.40 and got two
Once home from lab (it was our last real one - the rest are projects and tests!!) I snacked on a bit of the pumpkin scuffin. It was just like a pumpkin muffin but flat in shape.
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I woke up ravenous yesterday. Probably because proper nutrition hasn’t been my strong suit these past few days. It’s funny how in the midst of feeling blue my eating turns to listening to my mind rather than listening to my body. My[...]http://whatiateyesterday.wordpress.com/2008/1...
