My family and I will be away from the blog for a couple of weeks on vacation in Los Cabos!
The resort where we are staying promises the following:
Whether you are looking for a full dining experience, or a more casual, relaxing atmosphere, the Sunset Beach has both. Dine by candlelight and relax poolside or on your private ocean-view balcony as whales gently glide by. You’ll soon feel the warm glow of the Aztec sun emanating from within.
There’s a wide choice of fare waiting for you in the two Cabos. From steaming, fish tacos smothered in salsa served up by street vendors to open palapas offering a variety of local and international dishes to fine dining by candlelight overlooking Los Arcos, you’ll never be at a loss to satisfy the appetite.
If your desire is traditional Mexican dishes, such as tamales, enchiladas, fajitas, chili rellenos, and more, or American style dishes, such as ribs, burgers, steaks or fish, Cabo has it. Want to combine a choice of two from a selection of chicken, lobster, shrimp, beef, BBQ ribs and fish? Then add an appetizer, soup or salad and fresh vegetables? You can. Prefer a hideaway with unique seafood dishes and soft, Latin music? It’s yours.
We are looking forward to sampling the fare at the resort and other restaurants in the Cabo area and can’t wait to share our food experiences with all of you upon our return.

An Absence of Mexican Food
Added 13/11/2008 05:23:21
