From one road trip to another. I will be on the road yet again today for an office day trip to Jacksonville. Two hour drive there, two hour chat with a client, lunch, and then a two hour drive back. It shouldn’t be too bad and at least I’ll get a free lunch out of it. :) Well I’m hoping I’m getting a free lunch out of it..


Since I have to be at the office at 7:30 this morning I only had time for a quick ab work out this morning.



50 Crunches (x2)
50 Reverse Crunches (x2)
50 Side Crunches (x2 on each side) 
25 Combination Crunches (x2)
50 Scissor kicks
50 Bicycles (x3)
30 Second Plank (x2)
50 Chest lifts (on stomach)
50 Leg lifts (on stomach)
50 Combinations (on stomach)

I am in the last week of my Mini Goal and plan to step it up a notch. Instead of doing my ab work every other day, I will be doing some form of crunches everyday this week leading to Halloween. I’m not 100% sure this will make my effort that much better, but in my head it works. :)


Breakfast was quick, simple and basic.

Just some Kashi Honey Sunshine Cereal, Homemade Granola, Applesauce and Strawberries.


Time to rush out of the door. I’m not sure what the proper etiquette is for being in a car with co-workers with extended periods of time, but I’m bringing a good book just in case. See you guys when I return!
