Up and at ‘em at the gym this morning. I don’t think I can bike there at 5 anymore. It was just too cold. The wind was horrible biking fast.  If the gym was just a little bit closer I would suck it up, but 2.5 miles is just too far! I will definitely continue to bike there during the day, but I think this may have been the last of the early mornings. Luckily I had company this morning so I wasn’t scared in addition to being cold.


Once home I showered and dressed as fast as possible because I was SO excited about my breakfast!!!

This is what pre-made oatmeal looks like when put into a bowl. Nothing some heat and milk can’t take care of!

Today’s mixture involved:



Premade oatmeal base (3/4 steel cut, 1/4 rolled, milk)
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/3-ish cottage cheese
2% milk for rehydration
Coconut
Brown sugar
Pumpkin pie spice
Toasted pumpkin seeds
Spoonful AB

I am off to Organic, then studying for most of the day, then GOTR, then the husband is bringing me a picnic dinner (!!), then Micro!
