Running late this morning! :-( Friday's I have to work at 7am, rather than 7:30. And I'm subbing for our lead teacher today so I REALLY have to prepared. Can't wait until 3:30!!!
I made Pumpkin Coconut Oats today, and they are DE-lish!

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup pumpkin
1/2 banana
Nature's Path Pumpkin Granola
Shredded Coconut
Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Chopped Walnuts
Okay, got to go!
