This is a quick post, I have a 9:00am meeting I have to get to.
This morning was considerably warmer then it has been the rest of the week. I was able to survive my morning run in ¾ length sweat pants and a light weight shirt.
Morning Stats:
Distance: 5.1 miles
Time: 50:37
I knew I wanted to try some of the lovely granola Melissa sent us this morning so I combined 1/3 cup of the Pumpkin Spice Granola and 1/3 cup of the Praline Pecan Granola. I mixed the granola with half a container of Strawberry Chobani and a hand full of Black Berries.
I definitely preferred only using half of the yogurt container for breakfast, this time it did not overpower the other elements in the bowl. And the granola is AMAZING! Thanks Melissa!
Alright I have to print a bunch of documents then teach my final training class of the week. Happy Friday everyone!! J
