Here’s a quickie!
Today’s lunch:
Veggie hummus with tomato, cucumber, and red onion slices on Arnold Double Fiber Whole Wheat
Chopped veggies (broccoli, snap peas, carrots) with more hummus on the side
Blueberry Stonyfield yogurt
Good lunch today: tasty, filling, and covering all of the nutritional bases.
Long shift at HW tonight, but it’s my “Friday.” I don’t have another shift until next Monday! ![]()
