Another weekend has come to a close and another Monday is here. This Monday, however, does not bother me as much since it will only be a four day work week for me. J Friday I am packing up and heading to my old alma mater for some football action. Go Noles!! I can?t wait! Only four more days until I reliving my college days (minus the late night fried chicken runs).


 


This morning really was not that painful to get up and run this morning. I never had a chance to do one of my long runs this weekend, so my legs were craving some running attention! I did a nice easy run and time had allowed it I could have easily gone much, much farther!


 


Morning Stats:


Distance: 4.86 miles


Time: 50 mins 28 secs


 


I never had a chance to work my abs yesterday so after my run I buckled down on the floor and crammed in a 10 minute ab session.


o       50 Crunches (x2)


o       50 Reverse Crunches


o       50 Side Crunches (on each side)


o       25 Combination Crunches


o       50 Bicycles


o       50 Rope Climbs ( legs up in the air, lift shoulders, and act like you?re climbing a rope by putting one hand on top of the other as you reach up)


 


Breakfast this morning was quick and easy. I had my leftover Pumpkin Spice Muffin from my lunch at Mimi?s Cafe on Saturday and some fresh pineapple and grapes.


 


This muffin was just as great as the one I sampled on Saturday. I am so thrilled that I asked for it in a to-go box right away so I could enjoy it this morning.
