I sent myself to the library this morning for an hour as punishment for procrastinating and watching a movie last night. It’s AMAZING how much I learned in 1 hour of focus. Guess that’s a sign I should visit the ol’ library more often  I’ve still got some more to learn, but I am out of the danger zone for tonight’s Micro exam.

Once home, I scrounged up a sandwich for lunch on these buns that the husband made (same batch as yesterday’s round loaf). This bread is AWESOME!! It’s only 15% whole grain (wheat + spelt) and the rest is regular bread flour, which is probably why it’s so fluffy and doughy.

I made an open-faced sandwich in the oven with a slice of swiss cheese (couldn’t really taste it - when will I learn!!!), hummus, pickled jalapenos and avocado. The jalapenos were quite spicy and really contributed to my palate ending on a satisfied note.

Also had some fire-roasted kashis (still prefer the plain) and some pear slices -

And a Gliding Calm-style carrot with AB. Love this combo!

My plan for the day is as follows:

1:30-2:30: Study Micro, including a walk with flashcards
2:30-3: Commute to GOTR
3-4: GOTR
4-4:45: Run with my coach, change clothes
4:45-5: Commute to CPCC
5-6: Eat a big yogurt with high fiber cereal; study
6-7:30: Micro test, hopefully getting out at 7:30
8:00: Dinner made by the husband
8:45: Blog + recoup
9:30: Bed

Let’s hope my yogurt + cereal snack, which usually holds me over for hours and spoils my dinner appetite, can get me to an 8pm dinner.

See you all when it’s all over!
