Eligibility: Open to Canadian resident AIR MILES Collectors who are located in Canada at the time of entry and who have reached the age of majority in his/her Province or Territory of residence except employees, representatives and agents of LoyaltyOne, Inc.

Contest Period: The Contest begins at 12:00p.m. on July 28, 2008 and ends at 5:00p.m. on September 5, 2008 (?Contest Period?).

Grand Prize: One Grand Prize consisting of a $5,000 CAD from BMO Mosaik®? MasterCard®* awarded as follows: 1) If the winner is an existing BMO Mosaik MasterCard cardholder in good standing, the $5,000 prize will be credited to their BMO Mosaik MasterCard account, 2) if the winner is not a BMO Mosaik MasterCard cardholder, he/she will apply for a BMO Mosaik MasterCard with the AIR MILES Reward Option and upon approval, will be issued a card with the $5,000 prize credited to the account, or 3) if the BMO Mosaik MasterCard cardholder?s account is not in good standing or if the application is not approved, the winner will receive a $5,000 cheque from BMO Bank of Montreal.
